Principal:

Shane Busby, BSc. MBA, is the principal of the firm. Shane has 16 years of experience providing business advisory services to organizations in Canada's healthcare sector. Shane also advises private sector enterprises in areas of strategic management, including: strategy, finance, marketing, communications, development, and business planning.

Prior to establishing the Firm, Shane served the public for 12-years with the Ministry of Health in British Columbia in both consultancy and management positions. He has specialized knowledge in strategy and business planning across both operational and capital domains, and has participated on many provincial committees and working groups dedicated to healthcare policy, strategy, finances and legislation.

Shane is pleased to have served as a member of the provincial Community Care Facilities Licensing Variance Committee, and has volunteered and participated throughout his career on various provincial boards and committees mandated to better the services, supports, and programs for the public, and in particular seniors and disadvantaged populations across the province.
